Ivan Fernandez will speak at Garland Farm on Wednesday, June 7 at 4 pm on the impacts of various environmental factors on climate change in forests. He has been working in this area in long-term research sites throughout Maine such as the Bear Brook Watershed, which was established in the 1980s. This talk will be held in the restored barn at Garland Farm, off Route 3 in Bar Harbor. It is being hosted by the Beatrix Farrand Society.
