Public Benefit Supper at Somesville Parish House

A public benefit supper is scheduled for Friday, May 12 at 5:30 pm at the Somesville Parish House. This baked bean, casserole and dessert “Here and There” supper will benefit two projects: The Ellsworth Free Clinic and the Spring 2018 Haiti service trip in which members of the Somesville and Bar Harbor UCC churches and students from MDI High School will participate. Dr. Brant Viner, MD, will speak briefly about the work of this clinic, and Marti Torbek will show slides of the Haitian school and community clinic volunteers will work at next March. Donations will be gratefully accepted at the door.
