The Southwest Harbor Public Library is hosting Ranger Doug Leen’s “Resurrected National Parks Travel Posters” talk on May 28 at 11 am. He tells where his 1973 discovery of one of the 1938-1941 WPA’s Federal Art Project travel posters of national parks has taken him and enjoy his stylish, nostalgic recreations that recall a bygone era of long summer road trips and grand park scenery.
