Join expert sports massage therapist Terry Cross at the Blue Hill Public Library on Thursday, May 4 at 7 pm to learn how to self-treat and prevent overuse injury and tendinitis in your forearm, wrist, hand, thumb and elbow. Shoulder and upper back pain will also be talked about. This class is one hour approx. in length and is for people who have tight, overused muscles from constant repetitive movement in their job, sport or activity.
