Ghostbusters Movie in Stonington
The movie "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire", starring original cast members Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson, is showing at the Stonington Opera House. There will be an Anah Shriners Screening Clinic on Sat April 20 from 9 to noon at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 175 Douglas Highway in Ellsworth. No cost. This is designed for children up to age 18 who may have burns, Cleft Lip, Orthopaedics, Pediatric Surgery, Sports Injury/Fractures, Spinal Cord Injury, Scoliosis, Spina Bifida or Cerebral Palsy. The City of Ellsworth's Card Brook Cleanup happens again this year on Saturday (4/20). Meet in the Ellsworth Hannaford parking lot at 9 am for sign-up, work until noon, and then enjoy a free cookout for everyone who participates.
