A nature talk “Ospreys on the Wing: Migration to Africa and South America” takes place on Monday, July 24 at 7 pm at the Blue Hill Public Library. Ospreys migrate vast distances from northern breeding grounds to tropical wintering grounds. The speaker is Alan Poole who is the author of “Ospreys: A Natural and Unnatural History” and the former editor of Birds of North America Online. This program is sponsored by Downeast Audubon.
