Bread Making Workshop at The Neighborhood House in Northeast Harbor

The Northeast Harbor Library is offering a sourdough bread making workshop with Steve Anastasia of Old Dog Baking Co. This workshop will take place on Saturday, March 25, from 9 to noon, in the kitchen at the Neighborhood House. This will be an introductory class, providing much useful information about starters, measuring, mixing, kneading and all the steps to successful bread baking. Participants will go home with some starter and a loaf ready to bake. Space is limited, so reserve a place by calling the Northeast Harbor Library at 276-3333.
